Shipping & Returns
If order is required by a specific date, please indicate that on the order notes.
Standard shipping -
Standard shipping is 10% of your total order, with a minimum of $8. We ship all complete orders within 1-2 business days, usually via UPS ground. In the event that we are not able to ship your order complete (due to item(s) being on backorder) we will hold your order for up to two weeks, allowing us time to receive the backordered item(s). In the event that backordered item(s) still are not available in two weeks, we will, at that time, do a partial shipment of your order and bill and ship to you what we do have available. We will then ship and bill you for the backordered item as soon as they are available. IF YOU WANT ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE IN STOCK TO SHIP IMMEDIATELY AND ANY BACKORDERED ITEMS TO SHIP LATER, PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THAT ON YOUR ORDER.
